KRATKA VSEBINA: Izhodišče analize so Avguštinovi različni
prevodi svetopisemskega citata Jn 5,19. Pri tem v nekaterih delih izstopa
dvojni prevod zaimka tauta, haec eadem. Prvič ga je uporabil po študiju del
predhodnih avtorjev o Trojici, ki so poznali samo izraz eadem. Tega je
Avguštin v delu O Trojici (De Trinitate) dodal k znanemu haec. V preostalih
delih se je držal Vulgatinega haec. Šele v protiarijanski polemiki po letu
418 se znova pojavi njegov specifični prevod, ki ga je verjetno našel pri
pregledu dela O Trojici, ki časovno sovpada s to polemiko. Dejstvo, da je
uporabil le v Razpravah 20 in 21, ne pa v 18, 19 in 23 samo še priča o
njegovem protiarijanskem naboju in potrjuje Wrightovo tezo, da razprave
20-22 ne sodijo v zaporedje ostalih razprav. // The starting point of the
analysis are the different translations of a biblical passage Jo 5,19 in
Augustine's works. Only in some of them we notice a double translation of
the pronoun tauta, haec eadem. It is used for the first time after his
preparative studies for De Trinitate; his predecessors namely knew only
eadem. Augustine who in other cases used haec as it is in the Vulgate
joined here both translations. We encounter the double translation next
time only after 418, when he had revised his De Trinitate. The fact that
Augustine uses it only in Treatise 20 and 21, and not in 18, 19 and 23
only stresses its anti-Arian point and add credibility to the thesis of D.
T. Wright, who excludes the Treatises 20-22 from their sequence.
